Being a Cleveland sports fan, my anticipation for the NBA playoffs is through the roof. Not only are the Cavs the best team in the league; they have the best player who goes by the name of King James. Surrounded by a number of quality players, LeBron finally has the supporting cast to help him claim his thrown. I could go on all night about my excitement but it would surely turn into one of those “hey, I’m from Cleveland and I’m a proud sports fans” tirades so I will cut to the chase and assure you I am ready for the cavaliers to dominate this post-season and miraculously burst a hole through the clouds, thus shinning light on the city I love and miss.
On a side note, the Suns are looking great as of late, and regardless of what every Lakers bandwagon fan will say, the phoenix suns have a legitimate chance to take home the west. Just thinking about a NBA finals match-up consisting of Cleveland (my home forever) vs Phoenix (my new home) gives me chills. And believe me, I don’t mind the chills because damnnn it’s hot here.
